How to explain Freedom’s use to your patients
The Freedom myofunctional device must be used for 30 minutes per day while wearing Nuvola Pro aligners, which must be worn at least 22 hours per day.
Patients need to chew on the device, clenching approximately every 3 seconds and then releasing, keeping their lips sealed in front to fully cover the device.
This exercise can be challenging and tiring for dysfunctional patients. If they are unable to chew on Freedom for 30 minutes straight, they can split the session into two 15-minute periods, with a break in between.

Do not use Freedom at night while sleeping.
The device will need to be replaced if it breaks or shows excessive wear. If you are unsure whether it is time to replace the device, contact us at info@nuvolaworld.com and attach a photo showing its current condition. A new one can be conveniently requested via NuvolaWeb in the ‘Duplicate’ section in the patient’s file.
Cómo explicar el uso de Freedom a sus pacientes
El dispositivo miofuncional Freedom debe usarse durante 30 minutos al día mientras se llevan los alineadores Nuvola Pro, que deben ser usados al menos 22 horas al día.
Los pacientes deben masticar el dispositivo, apretando aproximadamente cada 3 segundos y luego soltando, manteniendo los labios sellados al frente para cubrir completamente el dispositivo.
Este ejercicio puede resultar desafiante y agotador para los pacientes con disfunción. Si no pueden masticar Freedom durante 30 minutos seguidos, pueden dividir la sesión en dos períodos de 15 minutos, con un descanso entre ellos.

Freedom no debe usarse por la noche mientras el paciente duerme.
El dispositivo debe ser reemplazado en caso de rotura o desgaste excesivo.
